Hot Soup Week 9 Pick

@Angelsteve89

Cincinnati (-2.5) at Miami

The Bengals look like the real deal. Hopefully they don’t peak too early.  Miami lost their leading TD scorer in Gibson last week so more Mike Wallace should be coming (Yay Fantasy).  Bengals should handle Miami on Thursday.

Indianapolis (-2.5) at Houston

The Texans do not know who will be the starting running back this week with Foster and Tate both game time decisions.  The window for Foster, Schaub and Johnson sure did close fast.

Dallas (-10.5) vs Minnesota

Dallas lost a heart breaker last week and Dez exploded on the sideline instead of on the field.  Luckily, the Vikes come to town.

St.Louis (+3.5) vs Tennessee

St. Louis held their own against Seattle and should have been able to win that game.  Hopefully it doesn’t demoralize the team.  Another home game I will take the points.

Kansas City (-3.5) at Buffalo

KC keeps winning but not by enough and its killing me.  So obviously I’m picking them again.

Cincinnati (-2.5) at Miami

Agreeing with the Angel on this one.  Bengals are still my pick to win the AFC North and I think they will play well against a Miami team that I’m not overly impressed with.  Cincy by a touchdown.

New Orleans (-6.0) at New York Jets

I think the Jets are better than people give them credit for.  So don’t expect me to be a Jets basher.  However, I think the Saints are unreal.  Playing on the road is never Drew Brees’ strong suit, but I think the Jets don’t have enough offense against an improved Saints D.  Jets looked awful last week, but I do think they’ll keep this relatively close.  Saints get a late TD from Jimmy Graham to go up 8 and cover.

Houston (+2.5) vs Indianapolis

I think Indianapolis is very high on the public radar right now.  I think Houston is a good team with a horrific record.  I will gladly take points with a home dog here and the potential that Houston has.  Schaub is done, so that means no more pick sixes.  Expect Arian to have a nice game against Indy.  The Colts have some great wins this year, but also have some crappy losses.  Not surprised if Houston pulls this out.

St.Louis (+3.5) vs Tennessee

I am one of the biggest fans of St Louis, without actually being a fan of St. Louis.  They have an extremely underrated defense and some offensive playmakers.  I’ll take a home dog with some potential any day.

Chicago (+10) @ Green Bay

A rivalry game with a double digit spread?!  Last week double digit underdogs were 3-1 ATS.  Games have been close this season.  I’m not saying Chicago wins this game.  But I see the Bears moving the ball on the ground with Matt Forte and grinding out the clock.  This game is a late change to my top five picks, but I’m loving it more and more as we get closer to Monday night.  Packers by 6; Bears cover.
