So close to game time. The rematch is happening. Clemson. Alabama. I know Clemson is the trendy pick but I can’t see the Alabama offense moving the ball against a top 5 defense. Jalen Hurts has been brutal against top 25 defenses this year. This is the chance for Clemson to take down its first national title since 1981. The weapons are plentiful. Mike Williams, Artavis Scott, Ray Ray Mccloud, Jordan Leggett, Hunter Renfrow, and Deon Cain are all legitimate threats for this Clemson offense. The Clemson defense will pin their ears back and send Ferrell and Wilkins upfield to contain Hurts. Enter Dexter Lawrence. The 350+ pound freshman to clog the middle. I can’t see Clemson giving up much up the middle and I don’t think Jalen Hurts has the ability to move the ball with Ridley and co on the outside. The matchup to watch will be Deshaun vs the Bama secondary. I think Deshaun turns it over once tonight and Clemson is able to overcome the turnover. Look for the Clemson defense to get two turnovers and take this game down. I’m taking Clemson outright and will gladly take the points
